Information Security Policy

This Information Security Policy was last reviewed and is effective from 19th of May, 2023. 

Information security is of critical importance for Mark ID – a trusted electronic identification, anti-money laundering (AML) screening & monitoring, electronic document signing, validation services and electronic identity related solutions provider.  

Mark ID commits:  

• to comply with the required level information security;  

• to satisfy legal and contractual requirements;  

• to continuously improve information security management system.  

Mark ID set these information security goals:  

• ensure compliance to legal and contractual requirements;  

• manage risks within business capacities.  

Once a year Management defines measurable objectives to ensure that information security goals are reached.
