How can I increase my signature count?

Users on the plans Start, Professional, or Team can purchase additional signature packs. To do so, log in to your Mark Sign account, go to the “Pricing” section in the left-hand menu, and choose a pack from 10 to 50 additional signatures.

  • Once purchased, the additional signatures will be automatically added under “Additional signatures” in your account.
  • If your account contains both plan-included and additional signatures, those included in your plan will be used first.
  • Additional signatures do not expire – they remain valid until used!
How are signatures counted?

One signature on a document counts as one used signature. If the document is signed by two users, two signatures are used, if three – three signatures…

If you’re using plans Professional, Team, or Flexible, you can choose to cover all signatures from your account when uploading a document instead of requiring others to use their own signatures.

Is it necessary for the other signing person to have a Mark Sign account?

Starting with the plan Professional, you can generate a signing link for a document – in this case, the other signer will not need to create an account.

Otherwise, when signing in to the Mark Sign self-service platform for the first time and verifying identity by using one of the available tools, the account will be created automatically and the document can be signed immediately.

Which plan is best for your business?
  • For organizations we recommend choosing either Organization or Team plan.
  • With the plan Team you can manage documents centrally, i.e. in one organizational account, you will be able to create common document storage categories, grant different access rights, and with employee changes all documents will remain in the organizational account.
  • With the plan Organization, you can manage everything according to your needs. You will be able to send branded (white-labelled) invitation to sign, use a unique eSignature (with your organization’s logo integrated) and you will be able to sign documents on the Mark Sign platform or via our API interface.
