The idea of Lighthouse Hub was born in order to bring together professionals from different fields – entrepreneurs, creatives, innovators, marketers and IT specialists – into a single community and to provide them with a unique space where they can work, meet and collaborate to create innovative solutions, generate business ideas, successfully execute their projects, and help each other grow.

Challenge
Since the launch of the Lighthouse Hub in 2019, we have completed numerous projects, and their number is now increasing exponentially, which means bureaucratic processes take up a significant portion of our time. Not to mention, with the construction of the new Digital Innovation Center building and the rapid expansion of the company’s activities and team, document signing has become less convenient and started disrupting the workflow of responsible individuals. This seemingly simple process has begun to take up too much time and effort in verifying whether the other party has signed the document by the required deadline.

Solution
The introduction of qualified electronic signatures has made the manager’s job much easier: he can see all the documents signed in the company in one place, monitor the status of signed documents and those sent to other responsible parties in real time, and send a reminder by the deadline for signing.
As the signing process has become faster, the number of documents that we sign with a qualified electronic signature is increasing rapidly.
Result
It is estimated that the implementation of Mark Sign eliminated the need to print 10,000 sheets of documents, leaving at least 1 tree uncut and finally eliminating the daily routine of signing and administering contracts for 30 colleagues.

It’s more convenient to share documents with colleagues, and you can also send documents to multiple people for confirmation.

Once a client signs the contract, you receive a real-time confirmation.
