Edufy, a technology start-up operating since 2021, is developing a platform for non-formal education services, bringing together providers and users of these services. From sports and art classes to technology clubs and camps, a wide range of non-formal education services are now being intensively developed and are available in all Baltic countries.

Challenge
Edufy’s clients, non-formal education providers, used to sign agreements and receive requests from their clients in paper form. The documents had to be printed and sent after signing, often taking a long time to sign and requiring constant reminders to the users of the pending approval of the agreement. Finally, all the contracts had to be stored and, if a specific agreement was needed, searched for in binders.
This way of signing documents was not efficient and convenient: contracts had to be signed almost every day, and the peak periods were always at the beginning, middle and end of the school year. For this reason, the Edufy team decided to look for a more convenient solution, especially since sustainability, which is very important for a start-up, made it necessary to look for a more environmentally friendly solution.
