Information for Data Subjects 

According to applicable data protection laws, the Company, as the Data Controller, has a duty to inform the Data Subject about the processing of their personal data.

Data Subject Rights at the Company 

Personal data is processed in accordance with and ensuring the following Data Subject rights (unless otherwise specified by law): 

  • the right to be informed about the processing of data, 
  • the right to access the processed data, 
  • the right to request the completion of incomplete or the correction of inaccurate data, 
  • the right to request the erasure of personal data, 
  • the right to request restriction of processing, 
  • the right to data portability, 
  • the right to object to data processing, 
  • the right not to be subject to automated decision-making or profiling, 
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate. 
Data Subject Requests 

The rights of the data subjects are ensured free of charge. However, where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive), the Company may charge a reasonable fee considering administrative costs of providing the information or taking the requested action, or may refuse to act on the request with a justified reason. 

Data Subjects can submit requests regarding the exercise of their rights to the Data Controller via various means – in person, by post, or electronically using the contact details provided in the “Personal Data Protection” section of the website. To ensure confidentiality as per Article 38(5) of the GDPR, if contacting the Data Protection Officer by post, the envelope should be marked as confidential and addressed to the Data Protection Officer of the Company only. 

When submitting requests, data subjects must verify their identity in one of the following ways: 

  • When submitting a request in person – by providing a valid ID document, 
  • When submitting a request by post – by enclosing a notarized copy of a valid ID document, 
  • When submitting a request electronically – by signing the request with a qualified electronic signature or using other electronic means ensuring the integrity and inalterability of the text. 

The data subject may exercise their rights personally or through a representative. In such cases, the representative must verify their identity as described in this Policy and provide a document proving representation and other necessary information. 

Upon receiving the data subject’s request and confirming their identity, the Company shall respond without undue delay, but no later than within 1 month of receipt. If the request is complex or if multiple requests are received, the Company may extend the response period by up to 2 additional months, informing the data subject of the extension and the reasons for it before the end of the initial 1-month period. 

If the data subject submitted the request electronically, the response shall also be provided by electronic means unless otherwise requested. 

If the Company determines that one of the conditions listed in the applicable data protection laws applies, it may refuse to fulfil the request with a justified written explanation. 

If a Data Subject believes that their personal data is being (or has been) processed unlawfully by the Company or that their rights have been violated, they have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (A.
