November Product Updates

2024-12-11

As the final month of the year reaches its midpoint, we invite you to explore the work we accomplished in November. We hope the newly introduced features will not only streamline the signing process but also enhance your brand identity!

Even more personalization options

Are you looking for ways to strengthen your brand identity and ensure a seamless customer experience? The first personalized qualified electronic signature on the market is designed specifically to achieve these company goals!

How does the Mark Sign personalized qualified eSignature differ from a standard qualified eSignature?

This functionality enables companies to:

  • Integrate their logo into the eSignature
  • Apply brand-specific fonts and customize text colors to match their organization’s color palette
  • Customize the eSignature frame color to align with their organization’s visual identity

Important! The personalized qualified eSignature is legally binding. These unique signatures are equivalent to handwritten ones and meet the highest security standards.

This feature is available for the users of plan Flexible

What other personalization options are available when using Mark Sign?
  • White-label solution. This feature allows you to personalize emails sent to your colleagues or business partners. Upload your logo, and the recipient will receive a message tailored to your brand’s visual identity. This feature is available for the users of plan Flexible.

iFrame Updates

In response to client feedback, we have improved the Mark Sign iFrame window. Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience remains one of our top priorities!

What is iFrame, and how does it work?

The iFrame is a pop-up signing window (with a pre-built user interface).

  • A document link is generated.

When the link is clicked, the signing window pops up, offering:

  • On the left side: documents uploaded for signing, including details such as document name, type, and the uploader’s name.
  • On the right side: an overview of the total number of documents and the list of signatories.
iFrame Signing Window Updates

Document management and the signing process have become even simpler:In the “Signatories” section, not only are the names of the signers visible, but now you can also see the signing status!

From now on, once the document is signed:
  • The signing window will have an active “Download” button for the documents. When a larger number of documents is sent, the files will be archived into a ZIP file.
  • The “Sign” button will become inactive.
  • We hope these updates will further optimize and speed up your daily document signing process!

That’s all for this month. Do you have any feedback or questions? Let’s discuss your company’s needs together at ([email protected]).
