As technology is changing rapidly, so are consumer habits: more and more people are using online banking every day, paying for parking with a mobile app, and ordering food to go home with a few clicks of a smartphone, so it’s no wonder that many people are trying to solve their favourite bureaucratic or legal issues remotely.
But this new reality has also brought a new threat in addition to convenience – cyber security – which is particularly sensitive in our businesses. Another problem is the lack of appropriate identification tools to ensure that different customers have the same ability to verify their identity and sign documents electronically.
