Integration of a communication tool in the self-service platform 

In response to customer feedback and needs, we continuously improve our self-service platform. Now, it’s even easier to contact us with urgent matters, as we’ve integrated a new communication tool not only on the website but also within the self-service platform! 

After logging into the Mark Sign self-service platform, click on “Live Chat” In the pop-up window, you can start a conversation with an active agent at that time.

When is live chat active?

We respond in real-time during business days from 9 AM to 5 PM.  

Outside of working hours, you can leave your contact information and any questions in the form that appears instead of the chat field – we will get in touch with you as soon as possible!

Improving User Experience (UX) 

We aim to make the Mark Sign user experience as smooth and simple as possible on the self-service platform. 

For this reason, self-service platform users can now track not only the balance of eSignatures but also the balance of document validations. 

When do the monthly eSignature and document validation balances renew? 

The renewal date for monthly signatures and document validations is different for each user and can be viewed in the Mark Sign self-service system: “Settings and Payments → “Plans and Payments

For “Start” plan users: 

After 30 calendar days from the user’s registration, the signature balance is renewed. For users of this plan, the signatures are refreshed overnight. 

For “Professional” and “Team” plan users: 

Unlike for plan “Start” users, the signatures for “Professional” and “Team” plans’ users are renewed individually based on the start date and time of the plan subscription. The renewal period starts exactly at the time of purchase. From that moment, the 30-calendar-day cycle begins for both balances. 

Important! Regardless of how many free eSignatures or document validations you use up within a month, the balance is renewed. Unused monthly signatures or verifications do not carry over to the next month.
